DCA Dental Clinic \u2013 Deposit & Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

At DCA Dental Clinic, we reserve appointment times exclusively for you. To secure your booking, a $30 deposit is required.<\/p>\n

Important Notes About the $30 Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

The $30 deposit is strictly to hold your appointment and will be credited towards that visit.<\/p>\n

This deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.<\/p>\n

The $30 appointment deposit is not a treatment deposit. Any deposits for treatment or treatment costs (TC) will be applied separately under their own terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Payment of the $30 deposit does not mean you are entitled to, or have secured, any special promotion or offer. Promotions are applied only under their stated eligibility criteria and cannot be guaranteed simply by booking an appointment.<\/p>\n

Late Arrival Notice<\/strong>
\nPlease arrive 5\u201310 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to see you at your scheduled time. Where possible, we may provide a shortened appointment, however if rescheduling is required, your $30 deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to book again.”<\/p>\n
